A young people's competition
We have been working with Bio-Composites, Young Farmers, Clwydian Range and Dee Valley AONB & Hwb Pentredwr to encourage local young people aged 13-26 to be actively involved in the future use of locally produced wool.
The task was to generate the best return on 500g of washed mountain grade fleece.
The winning team's work will be exhibited at the Royal Welsh Show 2023!
2023 Summer Recycling Exhibition
We have worked with rangers, Old Picturesque Landscape (OPL), Explorers, Nant Clwyd y Dre in Ruthin to organise a recycling exhibition this summer.
Visitors will be encouraged to bring along old fabric and turn into something useful to promote better use of Welsh Mountain wool and reduce the stigma around the proper methods of use the get the best out of it.
